Give a simple foot massage

Make sure your hand is warmed up and you have lotion in your hands, start by stroking from the ankle toward the toes, fold the whole foot while your hand is gliding over the surfaces of the foot towards the toes.

Second, encircle the ankle joint with all your fingers using firm circles right around the ankle joint it will make your partner feel pleasant and relaxing

The next stroke will be for the heel of the foot, squeeze the heel of the foot with your thumbs and fingers and your whole hands then squeeze up into the back of the lower leg into the Achilles tendon, then go back to the heel again and squeeze it even more. After that use your thumbs on the bottom of the foot, put your thumb just below the toes and the finger on the top of the foot then cross over the whole bottom of the foot from the toes down to the heel and back up again. After that use your flat part of your fist and put it against the bating of the foot and support the foot with the other hand from the top, twisting into the bating of the foot to help beginning the circulation of the blood to this part, then roll in the fist over the bottom of the foot up and down from the toes to the heels. Then massage the top of the foot and start doing circles with your thumbs from the toes toward the joint, massaging the whole entire surface of the foot on top, one effect of massage is increasing circulation.

The last part of foot massage is working on the toes, grab each toe by the base and squeeze it to the last part of the tip of each toe massaging the bating of the big toe and rotating the joint of the toe for flexibility. The next step is putting your whole hand against the bottom of the foot and asking your partner to take a deep breath and when they are exhaling lean your body weight against the foot then extend the joint of the foot and hold it towards you. Finally, circle the joint to free the channels of the blood and create some flexibility.
